My Story
From Personal Growth
to Purpose
My story began over 15 years ago, when my own personal growth journey showed me what I care about most: inspiring, motivating, and teaching people about who they are and what they’re capable of, both individually and as a team.
My background spans HR, talent development, executive coaching, and workforce program instruction, so I bring a mix of corporate credibility and real-world, grassroots experience to every room I walk into.
What makes my approach different isn’t telling people how to change. It’s showing them how, through tangible, activity-based discovery that brings new meaning to “seeing is believing.” That approach has helped small business teams, nonprofit organizations, executive leaders, and corporate boards communicate better, reduce friction, and build the kind of culture that keeps good people around.
